La Châtaigneraie is a dining room as much as a hotel, serving the sort of traditional family cooking that is rooted in village life and in recipes you will not find far from here. Alongside them, the chef's suggestions bring in other influences, always given a Corsican turn.
Our recipes have been handed down from one generation to the next, with a generosity you can taste in every mouthful.

Monday – Friday · Dinner 7.30pm – 9pm
Weekends · Lunch 12.15pm – 2pm & Dinner 7.30pm – 9pm
We can also serve outside these hours if you book 24 hours ahead.
